First we understand what you want – your strategies, budget, financing method, achievable build costs, profit requirements, etc. Then we find you a profitable property deal in Oxfordshire. You buy the land or property presented to you and pay us a sourcing fee (normally 2.5%).
For a landowner or property owner, we work hard to increase land value ready for sale by gaining planning permission or making other intelligent changes. You pay us a percentage of the uplifted sale price (normally 15% after reimbursing costs). Alternatively we may be able to offer you an Option Agreement to purchase your property or land at a future date for a fixed price subject to conditions (such as gaining planning permission).
